The power of love

Life is simple. It is made of either negative or positive aspects.

Each area in your life will have either one or both of these aspects.

Your health, your relationships, your job, your family..

“Love is an element which though physically unseen is as real as air or water. It is an acting, living, moving force.. it moves waves and currents like those of the ocean” Prentice Mulford.

Love is not just a feeling ,it is a vital force of life. The force of love -and although invisible- has power outstanding any of the other nature’s powers.

Simply said that without love there is no life.

Every invetnion , creation or discovery was born as a result of love in the heart of the person/ creator.

Without the love of the architects we wouldn’t have had homes for example, no buildings to live in or work at.

Without love there would be no doctors to treat patients, there would be no teachers or schools. There would be nobody to help you out when you need help.

In every moment of our lives, we have a choice. Even when we tend to think that we don’t, we actually do.It is vital to know that we always have a choice how we want our lives to be. Every moment of our lives is a matter of choice. How we respond to our problems and challenges is also a matter of choice. And chooding love is the optimal choice to have.

Love is key for all the good things in your life whereas lack of love is key for all the negative things around you.

Attraction is the force that draws people to other people. It is the same concept of why you may like to read and your friend likes to cook. Attraction draws you to the favorite things, people and places you like to be at.Attraction in other words is also love.

Hence using love is a vital way and force to attract all the great things you want in your life, it is not about using your mind.. it is about using the great power of love.

Everything in life is about how we feel. We act through feelings. Thoughts and feelings have an energy on their own. We create certain waves when we think and when we feel. Balanced healthy people like to feel good, while the more unbalanced like to stay victims on their own negative mindset. That is why,we tend to choose a job over another because it makes us feel good,  feel achieved.. We choose a person or a partner over another because they make us feel good. Whatver you want in your life, you want because you love it and will make you feel good .

Another thought to think about is that life is not really happening to us, it is rather responding to us. We get what we need, even the negative things, we get because we either need them to be there to teach us something and be our guide for some time or they are there because we have called on them since we are suffering an unbalanced state of energy and hence attracting the negative things. Like when you think of bad things that are likely to happen to you , chances are they will happen in to you because you have been calling on them.

We must train our thoughts and minds to be happy and learn to give. Whatever you give out you will receive back.

So just give out love, be united with love and your life will change!

Express Yourself!

Anger, sadness, resentment and jealousy are all part of the range of human emotions. They are part of who we are and how we express ourselves. Certified Alternative Medicine Practitioner Nada Rashed
explores the different means of expressing emotions and their impact on your health and wellbeing.

When we define emotions, we cannot identify them as either good or bad. Emotions are basically energy waves that we experience. They either makes us ‘feel’ good or ‘feel’ bad.

They are a form of expression which is only relevant to the particular situation in which they are found.

Take Charge of Your Emotions

What is important to recognize, however, is that you should not allow your emotions to rule your life, whether they are expressed or suppressed. There are two main problems that people have when dealing with their emotions:

  1. Over identification of emotions:

Some people describe themselves as “emotional”. This means that they are easily brought to tears and that small things can affect them. If you ask them about how they feel, their reply may include descriptions like, “I’m depressed,” “I’m happy” or “I’m angry.” When people repeat statements like these, they register them. When this happens, they should be able to release them just as if they were changing their clothes. This kind of awareness is achieved only when you step out of the role of ‘actor’ and see the picture from the perspective of the ‘audience’. This allows you to reach a more peaceful state.

When you are angry, you identify the anger, you register it and then you ask yourself how does your anger represent an energy block which must be released. What can you do to change the situation? This change can be physical, such as moving out of a place of work or residence that may be making you angry, or it may be a change in perspective, such as altering the way you view the situation and therefore starting to react differently to it.

It is common to see cases where the over-expression of emotions is actually hiding a fear of something or is masking a kind of resistance to move forward. In these cases, people may become ‘stuck’ where they are. This can later manifest itself physically, often creating problems with rigidity such as osteoarthritis.

Even if these emotions are positive, such as being ‘over-happy’, this may not necessarily be a positive thing, but could rather be due to one’s inability and fear of addressing their real issues. This type of over identification reveals the two aspects of polarity. Simply said, the excessive over-expression may be compensating for an inner suppression. Eventually the law of balance will create a situation where change will have to take place.

Many of us may have struggled to help a friend, partner or relative out of their emotional state, be it depression, anger, jealousy or even excessive happiness. The harder we try, the more resistant they may be to change. Instead of trying so hard, we need to look at our own emotional baggage and to assess our own need for change. We cannot change others. All we can do is support them until they are ready to make that change.

  1. Under identification or suppression of emotions:

Often, people will start a conversation with the words “I think” rather than “I feel.”They may be able to answer questions clearly and precisely but will rarely ever mention their feelings. In many cases, people suppress their emotions as a result of their reactions to previous experiences.

People who tend to suppress their emotions usually avoid conflicts. They listen more than they speak and are often the ones to whom everyone tends to complain about their problems. Unfortunately though, they can rarely express their own problems to others.Often, they are scared to release their anger in order to make sure that they are always in control of their emotions. In cases of suppression, anger is physically stored in their bodies and may affect some of their body’s organs such as the liver.

In addition, people who suppress their emotions usually see that crying is a sign of weakness. As they suppress their tears, their emotions are also stored in their bodies. Crying is an important means of relief for the body. It releases ‘toxic’ emotions that we don’t need to hold on to.Restrained tears in the body may appear as excess fluids, such as that which drips down the back of the throat, or as swelling in the extremities (hand or feet). Some studies have also revealed that this kind of suppression may also manifest itself through the appearance of cellulite. These are all physical means through which inadequately released and unexpressed pain may otherwise manifest itself.

Crying and releasing anger help with the grieving process. Grieving is essential for letting go of a situation which has ended and therefore allows room for something better to happen in the future.

Once again, what is not expressed externally will be expressed internally to match the universal law of balance and to restore harmony.Your body will always try to find a way to relieve excess energy either through physical means or through external circumstances.

Freedom of Expression

Once you are aware of the ways in which energy may be blocked and the inherent risks, you may then begin to work on gently and consciously releasing this energy without having to develop physical illnesses or to suffer the impact of external changes. In the final analysis, static energy leads to disease whereas awareness leads to freedom.
